This voluntary pilot asks for your opinion of NoTherapists, the offerings and prices that interest you, and any concerns. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal details.
Answers are stored on our hosting server and are accessible only to authorized administrators. They are used to evaluate and improve NoTherapists. We do not publish individual responses or contact details.
Only choosing YES to early access opens the contact fields. We ask for your name and an email or mobile number to contact you about trying NoTherapists. Choosing MAYBE or NO does not collect contact information. A signup is not a booking or payment.
A temporary security cookie prevents forged submissions. An hourly hashed network identifier limits spam; the form does not store your raw IP address in its response database. Anti-spam entries expire after 48 hours and are removed on the next submission. Our hosting provider may maintain separate standard security/access logs.
Responses and voluntary contact details are retained for the pilot and its follow-up. The administrator should review and delete records when no longer needed. You can ask the team to remove your signup when they contact you. Do not include contact details in free-text answers unless you intend to share them.
