NoTherapists is operated by MoodClinics LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as NoTherapists.
The program
SOCIAL MEDIA & YOUR TEEN helps parents understand what their teens use, set reasonable limits and keep conversation open. KNOW IT → LIMIT IT → TALK ABOUT IT. It is parent education and practical skills, not assessment or treatment of a child and not independent teen programming.
Your participation and authority
By accepting these terms for a designated parent-child activity, you confirm you are the participating parent or legal guardian with authority to consent. You remain the primary member and are present for the entire activity. No additional child fee applies. A child is not independently enrolled and has no private Trainer sessions, direct-message relationship or unsupervised breakout room.
Presence and choice
Remain with your child, supervise participation and respect their willingness to take part. The child may decline an exercise or leave with you. If the parent must leave, the child leaves the activity too. The Trainer stops or redirects participation if required safeguards cannot be maintained. Do not send a child to an ordinary adult Salon.
Privacy and conduct
Avoid sharing a child's identifying details, account passwords, private messages or sensitive history with the group. Do not record or distribute participation without separate explicit authorization from everyone affected, including parent permission for a child and appropriate assent. Group confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Treat families respectfully; no harassment, humiliating exercises or sexualized conduct.
Safety and consent record
NoTherapists requires standardized, NoTherapists-paid background screening and parent/minor training for Trainers working around minors. These safeguards cannot guarantee prevention of every incident. Staff follow emergency and applicable child/vulnerable-person reporting procedures when needed. Consent is recorded with account, policy version, activity reservation and timestamp. You may withdraw from the activity at any time; membership billing choices remain governed by the Membership & Salon Terms.
