Begin by scheduling a free consultation with a clinical specialist. This session allows you to:

4. How Do I Schedule My Appointment?
After your free consultation, your clinical specialist will send you an email with a link to our appointment calendar. You can select your preferred date and time, and you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

- We accept most major health insurance plans in Arizona.
- Uninsured patients pay $99 at the time of their initial evaluation and $99 for each follow-up session.
- Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or HSA/FSA cards.
- A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for convenience.

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $99 charge. We encourage rescheduling over cancellation to maintain continuity of care.

No, there are no hidden fees. Our fee structure is:

- $99 fee for late cancellations or no-shows

MoodClinics now participates with select Arizona insurance plans—call or message us to confirm your coverage. If we’re out of network with your insurer, we’ll provide a detailed superbill so you can seek direct reimbursement.
11. Who Will Be My Provider?
Your provider will be a licensed, board-certified psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner, DEA-certified and licensed in your state. Providers are matched based on your clinical needs and availability.

13. How Do Video Sessions Work?

We provide comprehensive legal, medical, or administrative documentation after a minimum of six months of continuous treatment to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
